    Complaints Information

    Please see the attached form for our complaints and suggestions policy and details of contact information.

    There are two ways people can make a complaint about pharmacies:

    •You can complain to the pharmacy where they received the NHS service
    OR
    •You can complain to the commissioner of the service:  South East Complaints Hub. For contact details, please see the attached Complaints Form below.

    If you are unhappy with the outcome of your complaint, you may wish to go to the next stage of the NHS complaints procedure i.e. the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
