If you are over 18, have a BMI of over 30 (or a BMI of over 27.5 and are from a black, Asian or ethnic minority background) and have been diagnosed with hypertension and/or diabetes, your pharmacist may be able to refer you to the NHS Digital Weight Management Programme.
The 12 week programme offers personalised online access to weight management services from a choice of providers to help you manage your weight and live a healthier life.
